Standard Shipping (£12.95): Processed within 1-2 business days and delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 days after dispatch. Ideal for urgent projects or professional deadlines.
Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50. Processed within 1-2 business days and delivered via EMS within 15-25 days after dispatch. Perfect for stocking up on supplies or non-urgent replenishment.

How are my delicate art supplies packaged?

We handle every order with the same care you put into your artwork. Our team carefully packages your materials—from delicate acrylic paint sets and precision airbrush tools to sturdy sculpting supplies—using protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, ready for your next masterpiece.

What is your return policy?

What if my items arrive damaged?
