• Airbrush & Spray Paints are considered hazardous materials and require careful use

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but such changes will not affect orders already placed.

• Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS, delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

4.3 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote locations. If you reside in an area we cannot service, we will notify you promptly after order placement.

4.4 Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information provided by you, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.

5.1 Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• In their original, unused, and unopened condition
• In the original packaging, which must be undamaged
• Accompanied by the original packing slip or order confirmation

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

• Adhesives & Glues (Due to potential tampering and sealing issues)
• Acrylic painting mediums and additives & Acrylic varnishes (Once sealed, product integrity cannot be guaranteed)
• Airbrush & Spray Paints (Considered hazardous materials for return shipping)
• Artists’ pigments and binders (Highly specific, custom-mixed, or potential contamination risk)
• Any product where the safety seal is broken or the original packaging is damaged

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt
2. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number
3. Provide details about the reason for return and your preference (refund, store credit, or exchange)
4. Wait for our team to provide a Returns Authorisation number and instructions
5. Ship the item(s) to the address we provide using a tracked service

5.4 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Credit/debit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
• PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
